Astragalus and Apple Juice

Astragalus and Apple Juice drink taken from The Herbal Kitchen:
  • 2 c. astragalus tea
  • 1 1/2 c. apple juice
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of allspice
Combine and sip hot or cold.
