Mulled Cider
Mulled Cider, taken from
The Herbal Kitchen:
4 quarts of apple cider
5 cinnamon sticks
5 astragalus sticks
2 T. allspice berries
1 t. powdered clove
1 t. powdered nutmeg
peel from one orange
Warm cider in large pot over low heat, place herbs into
muslin
and infuse for one hour.
